This is a very deep therapy that can go inside of the body and vibrate the muscles, organs, and bones, helping with body aches and chronic pains. This sound bath is an immersive journey through the elements. An invitation to return to the body through sensation, rhythm, and resonance.

You may also choose this time to work with the energy of the Moon in Leo, allowing what has been delayed or set aside to gently rise to the surface. You are invited to acknowledge what’s revealed while moving toward your desires with clarity, courage, and intention. Remember, there is nothing you cannot do when you trust yourself.

Each instrument carries the frequency of a natural force:

Water flows through the crystal singing bowls, supporting emotional release, softening the nervous system, and inviting you back into feeling.

Air moves through the gentle textures of shells and shakers, clearing mental fog, creating spaciousness, and reconnecting breath with presence.

Earth grounds through the steady rhythm of the drum, anchoring you into the body, creating a sense of safety, and reconnecting you to your foundation.

Fire awakens through the resonance of gong and chimes, activating transformation, igniting inner clarity, and moving stagnant energy into motion.

Woven throughout the experience, live vocal toning will act as a bridge between the elements. Guiding the body into deeper attunement, supporting nervous system regulation, and creating internal harmony through vibration and voice.

Together, these elements create a full-body experience. One that doesn’t ask you to perform, but simply to receive.

This is a space to soften, to listen, and to remember the intelligence of your own rhythm.

We're about ready to do our last California event tonight and then head back home to close everything up in Vancouver Washington at the united sound temple this Thursday..

It's been such heart opening and Deeply inspiring to move across 3 states and see the energy of our world as its transforming into a healthier version of itself..

A precursor to modern breathwork, this simple style of breathing creates a profoundly relaxed state. While this technique can be done sitting upright, it is best done laying down.
