Created as a place to showcase her sublimely rich desserts, Fran also offered caramels and truffles, which quickly captured the favor of her customers and became her signature confections. Fran maintains the flavor and quality of her chocolates through small batch production and by selecting the finest, and when possible, local and organic ingredients.
