Inspired by the nostalgic Canadian ice cream flavor, these little beauties are swirled with:
🍌 Banana cheesecake
🍇 Grape cheesecake
🫧 Bubblegum cheesecake

Now before you throw your arms in the air and exclaim “that’s too weird” I must tell you, I made this ice cream flavor a couple of years ago, and it completely surprised me how delicious it was!

Doing it as a cheesecake on an adorable panettone paper with a Maria biscuit crust and topped with a second baked sweetened sour cream layer, it’s a delectable nod to Canada. We see you over here on the West Coast, Nova Scotia! 🇨🇦

We dug into one this morning (breakfast of champions) and we have a winner.🏆

Super decadent and silky. Fresh mashed bananas swirled into the hazelnut chocolate batter and chocolate chunks.
Easily a new favorite of mine. 😋

Hazelnut Chocolate & Banana Cheesecake Swirl with chocolate chunks. Made with Bonne Maman hazelnut chocolate spread.

I’ll be back in tonight to put their sweetened sour cream topping on. Watch for the results in the morning.

Sometimes I want juuuust a couple more chunks of semi-sweet chocolate on the top of the Bailey’s Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake! I mean, there’s plenty inside, but as I’ve always said, “a little too much chocolate is just right.” 🤎🤎🤎
