Since 1986, The Incredible Christmas Place has been celebrating Christmas and helping families start traditions and make happy memories, year after year. We are the South's largest and most beautiful Christmas shopping complex, with four stores including Christmas Place, Mrs. Claus' Candy Kitchen, The Boutique (Christmas fashion apparel and jewelry collections, Vera Bradley bags, holiday accessori

es, and fun gifts), and Christmas Place Home, our new custom floral design and home decor center. We'll custom create something for you, show you how to put together your own creation, and help you design unique holiday decor for your own home. Looking for the very best and most up-to-date styles in Christmas decorations, pre-lit artificial Christmas trees, LED lights, and more? We are your destination for all the best for Christmas. Our designers create over 25 tree themes every year, from traditional to whimsical, with so many ideas you'll probably need more trees to do all you want to for the holidays. We offer free personalization on thousands of ornaments, for families from one to 25 or more, in themes covering hobbies, pets, occupations, and just for fun Christmas styles. We also offer free stocking monogramming, and monogramming on apparel and gifts in both Christmas Place and The Boutique. We carry many popular lines of collectibles: Department 56 & Snowbabies, Christopher Radko ornaments, Mark Roberts faeries & elves, Possible Dreams, Christian Ulbricht, Egyptian Glass and Ne'Qwa ornaments, Jim Shore, Painted Ponies, Fontanini nativities, and Willow Tree, to name a few. Santa is in the store for visits and photographs as Christmas comes near; he is here for most of July every Thursday through Monday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the exception of July 10th-12th, when he has been called to the North Pole - time to get the elves organized for Christmas! We suggest calling to confirm his time on the day you are coming to meet him. We offer many of our products for sale on our shopping site as well.

Starting this Thursday, June 11th, Santa is welcoming families inside Santa Haus at The Incredible Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge for two very special experiences — and spots are still available this week.

🎅 BREAKFAST WITH SANTA — Every morning at 9am
Sit down with Santa over warm cinnamon rolls and good conversation. Small groups. Intimate setting. And at the end — a personalized, up-close photo session with the big guy himself. The kind of moment most families never get.

🎓 ELF ACADEMY — This week only, June 11–15
Think your kids have what it takes? Santa puts them through official North Pole elf training — they learn the ways of the workshop, take the sacred Elf Oath, and Santa himself gives every child their official elf name. They leave with something they made with their own hands and a photo with Santa that belongs in a frame.

Both experiences are reserved, small group, and ticketed per child — which means they fill up fast once word gets out.
