* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...
South Central Anderson County in east Tennessee...

Northern Blount County in east Tennessee...

Southern Knox County in east Tennessee...

East Central Roane County in east Tennessee...

Southwestern Sevier County in east Tennessee...

* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- At 554 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

- Some locations that will experience flooding include...

Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Alcoa, Farragut, Pigeon Forge, Louisville, Rockford and Eagleton Village.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

The National Weather Service in Morristown has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Blount County in east Tennessee...
Southwestern Cocke County in east Tennessee...
Sevier County in east Tennessee...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 458 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Plainview to near Rockford to
near Oak Ridge, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Maryville, Sevierville, Alcoa, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Louisville, Rockford, Eagleton Village, Smoky Mountains-Newfound Gap, and Smoky Mountains-Fontana Area.

This includes Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 405 and 409.

⚠️⚠️ Prepare immediately for large hail and deadly cloud to ground lightning. Seek shelter inside a well-built structure. Stay away from windows.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Details

* WHAT...Heat index values exceeding 100 will be common in the afternoons, with some locations reaching or exceeding 105.

* WHERE...Anderson, Knox, Loudon, Morgan, North Sevier, Northwest
Blount, Northwest Monroe, and Roane Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

💦Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

To reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in
shaded or air conditioned environments.

Anyone overcome by heatshould be moved to a cool and shaded location.

We will be CLOSED from August 15th through August 20th.

We WILL BE OPEN August 21st & August 22nd during Jeep Weekend. (Debbie is here to assist you!).

SEPTEMBER
We will be CLOSED from September 10th through September 16th.

As a friendly reminder, we are ALWAYS closed on Sundays and Mondays.

⚠️Please note that all purchases for pick up need to be scheduled before or after these closed dates.

If something wonky happens and you were already scheduled for a pick up, we will make arrangements for you to get your item.

We sincerely appreciate your business and your understanding as we schedule some time away.

Our vendor just notified us that 90% of the backordered purses and totes have finally been made available! 🎉 We’ve already placed the order to secure them. (This means that there are a few items that were not readily available at this time.)
