Happy Pride Month! 🌈

And oh my is it a busy one for us!

We're starting off at 's Eureka Friday Night Market and will be there every Friday this month. June 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th from 5:30PM - 8:30PM

6th we'll start at 's Pony Express from 12-4PM.
At 6PM - 9PM we'll be setting up for a live painting at ! We'll be painting the next stage of our gift shop display. Come by to see the work behind our art, and maybe even nudge it one way or another 😉 Our table will be focusing on our Pride flower flag earrings, as well as flowers of significance in the long history for LGBTQ+ visibility and rights.

13th is where we're going hard on MORE oyster jewlery. 🦪 Earrings, pin, necklaces, keychains, and bobbypins. Learn about Pacific, Kumamotos, Olympia, and other oysters.

21st we have a surprise coming, with more details available soon! 🍻 , Sequoia Siren, and super cool conservation groups may be involved 👀 🦅

27th is 's Bigfoot Daze where it'll be back among the shade and trees of the park 🌲👣🌲

28th we're ending the month with a bang and lots of fairy magic at 🧚‍♀️✨️ The theme this year is Tidal Dreams 🌊 We'll be hosting a Mini Museum of our coastal biodiversity next to our booth. Come by and explore the magic of Humboldt's tides! 💙

After an exciting weekend at the Shasta Renaissance Faire, we had one more surprise on the drive back home... this little hitchhiker wasn't taking no for an answer and leaped right on in AS WE ARE DRIVING. 🚗

Luckily we were able to quickly and easily return them home! The only hard part was saying goodbye 🥲

So be careful when driving through the forest with your windows open at night; you may just gain an extra passenger! 🐸

We love to talk about all the wonderful species to discover while out on trails and in the wild, but there is still so much beautiful diversity in our own parks! So of course we HAD to make new pieces inspired by species found at Carson Park 🛝

We made these for the Eureka Community Services & Kiwanis Club of Henderson Center Quarters for Carson Park Fundraiser! It's this Friday, May 15th!

Spring is here, and what better way to celebrate than by checking out the native plant garden at the Arcata Marsh! 💚 We got to enjoy the sun this weekend while wandering through the trails and admiring so many blooming native species 🌻

It was difficult narrowing the post to just these few 😭 Trust me when I say you gotta get out there, the whole garden is exploding with colors right now!

Shout out to all the amazing folks at who keep the invasive away and maintain these beautiful flowers 🙌

We also popped into the Interpretive Center to put a couple pairs of our earrings into the Wildflower gallery. If anyone grabs a pair, please tag us 👏

Art comes in all forms, and for us the process of drawing, designing, handcrafting, and handpainting each pair of our earrings is our way of sharing our art with the world. Now get out there, get inspired, and show off your own art too! 💖

April has arrived! 🐝
Flowers are blooming, birds are singing, and we're gearing up for another fabulous month!
We're starting off April with our wonderful friends for Arts Alive! ✨️
In a few weeks we'll be all set for with another flock of feathered friends 🪶
And the last weekend of April we'll be headed down to Saratoga CA for the .scv Wildflower Show at West Valley College, with a garden full of new designs! 🌼🌻

We can't wait to see you all!

Thank you everyone who helped make our Shop for a Cause run at so memorable!💖

As a small craft business just getting started, we were blown away by all the support. Our goal was that no matter how small, we wanted to do our part to use our art to educate and help conservation groups. We couldn't have imagined all the fun questions and stories we got about the different species, how many folks were so appreciative to learn about the awesome organizations we got to work with, and everything we learned from our collaboration partners 🥰

Y'all took the time to educate us, share your visions, and trusted us to represent y'all.

And thank YOU to every single person who took the time to check out our art, learn a little something, and who purchased our pieces to make these donations possible.

Many of these pieces will continue to have proceeds go towards these organizations, and will continue to be with us when vending. We'll keep everyone updated as we work towards making them available online 💻

It's time for round 2 of our Shop for a Cause with 💚💙💚

We have some exciting new pieces to celebrate the biodiversity of our river; 🏞

Otters playing along the riverbank and swimming through the currents, Giant Salamanders taking a break from hiding in their burrows, and Coho Salmon shapeshifting as they transform from their ocean form to spawning colors! 🐟

We had so much fun at Whalefest we had to bring it back with us, and added some whales to our fundraiser wall! These whales also benefit from clean river waters flowing into the ocean 🌊

We're on our final days of Shop for a Cause at , so grab them while you can! 🥯

20% of sales goes to support Friends of Eel River and their continued work advocating for Eel River and all the wonderful species that call it home ✨️
