As a family, we couldn’t be more proud of Madison for being recognized as a Rising Leader ❤️

When she was 5 years old she was already helping around the store and in second grade she proudly told everyone that her dream job was to be a cashier at Carl Johnson Company!

Child labor? Maybe. An incredible work ethic? Absolutely.

What makes this award so special is that we’ve had the privilege of watching her journey firsthand. We’ve watched her grow from a little girl running around the store into a strong, capable, hardworking woman and leader. Her dedication, kindness, determination, and heart shine through in everything she does.

This recognition is so well deserved, and while we’ve always known how special she is, it’s wonderful to see others recognize it too.

We are so proud of you, Madison. Congratulations on this incredible honor. Your family is cheering you on every step of the way ❤️
