This year, as America begins celebrating its 250th birthday, we’re taking a sweet stroll down memory lane 🇺🇸

We’re creating a collection inspired by classic American candy counters, soda fountains, summer fairs, and the flavors we all grew up loving 🇺🇸

Stars, Stripes & Sweets

Over the coming months, we’ll be introducing nostalgic flavors in elevated confections made with real ingredients and handcrafted with the kind of care that never goes out of style. All the things you’ve come to love about Bluebird Confections 🩵

We think the place to start is by re-introducing you to our Sea Salt Caramels.

They are a classic, nostalgic American Candy. And they instantly trigger childhood memories across generations 🇺🇸

We start with a classic caramel recipe using real butter, brown sugar and our own pure vanilla. All of our caramels are slow cooked in small batches that we stir, cut and wrap by hand; the way they were made decades ago. We finish our caramels with a sprinkle of sea salt for the perfect finish to our soft buttery caramels.

From soda fountain favorites to nostalgic fairground flavors, each release is designed to feel both familiar and unforgettable. We will be releasing our first new flavor in the Stars, Stripes & Sweets collection tomorrow; just in time to celebrate the Memorial Day weekend 🇺🇸
