At just 325 square feet, this thoughtfully designed tiny home model proves that small spaces can deliver a big experience!!
Available as either a Park Model RV on wheels or a modular home engineered to local building codes, the Halcyon Stay was designed to be the perfect guest house, vacation rental, or ADU. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, create an open and airy feel, and ensure the views become part of the living experience.
What makes every Fritz home unique is that no two are exactly alike. Our clients begin with a proven floor plan and then work alongside our team to personalize the details that matter most to them.
For this Alaska project, the standard maple flooring was upgraded to beautiful white oak. White cabinetry was replaced with full oak cabinetry, including integrated fridge and freezer panels for a seamless look. Air conditioning was added, along with a custom concrete Opti-Myst fireplace designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
In the bathroom, the standard tub and shower combination was transformed into a luxurious walk-in shower framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with privacy tint—bringing the outdoors in while maintaining comfort and privacy. A bidet was added to the wall-hung toilet, elevating the spa-like experience even further.
To complete the tiny home, we installed a full blinds package, mattresses, insulated skirting, blocking, and all the necessary utility hookups.
From design selections to final setup, this was a true turnkey installation.
Because building a tiny home shouldn't feel overwhelming. It should feel exciting.
And for these clients, their Alaska retreat almost ready to welcome guests and showcase some of the most spectacular views in the world. Decking and hot tub to come.
