Our goal is to be the leader in creating a vibrant, exceptional downtown, dedicated to being a regional destination to work, live, learn, shop an

d play. ADI takes a leading role in keeping the area clean. We work closely with the City of Appleton Public Works Department to keep the central city a clean and attractive place to work or play. Whether it's monitoring garbage and recycling container areas or just being the go-to person when a problem creeps up, ADI makes keeping the area clean a top priority. When it comes to safety, Appleton has been ranked as one of the nation's safest cities. ADI has worked closely with businesses and the Appleton Police Department and developed the Downtown Watch Program, which is making an already safe area even more secure.

Rockin' summer nights in Jones Park are BACK! 🤩🤘

The Heid Music Summer Concert Series presented by U.S. Venture, Inc kicks off this Thursday 5:30 - 8:30 pm in Jones Park, one of our favorite summer events with food trucks, local vendors, cold drinks, and of course, amazing live music!

We are kicking off the series with Road Trip Band! 🎸
- Food Trucks: ABC Pig, Busted Spud, Chicken Grill, Crazy Sweet, La Cocina de Yarlin
- Nonprofit Partner: Fox Valley Pride - this week's beverage tips support their organization!

Street Music Week starts next Monday and our 501c3 affiliate organization, Creative Downtown Appleton, Inc. is proud to partner with Heid Music on their incredible event! This year, the event is benefiting Paint the City 5, a youth-focused public art project that uses mural-making, mentorship, and community connection to empower local students while creating a lasting piece of public art in Downtown Appleton. Over two weeks, artist Irineo Medina will work alongside 20 Appleton Area School District high school students and community members to design and paint a large-scale mural, teaching artistic skills, fostering positive connections, and highlighting the impact of art on individual and community well-being. We are ONE WEEK AWAY from the start of the Heid Music Summer Concert Series presented by U.S. Venture, Inc! 🎶🎸

If you’re planning to shop, dine, or visit Downtown, we encourage you to call businesses ahead of time to confirm their holiday hours, as they may vary.

While you’re Downtown, be sure to check out the annual Memorial Day Parade, a meaningful community tradition honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. The parade begins at 9 AM and travels through Downtown Appleton before concluding with a memorial ceremony at Riverside Cemetery.
