📢 Weekend Schedule Update – Please Read! 🦎🎸

We've got a very busy weekend ahead, so we wanted to give everyone a heads-up about some temporary changes to our store hours.

Friday:
We will be closed for most of the day as we're heading out to a reptile show at the reserve. It's a bit of a drive, so we likely won't be able to open during our regular hours. Depending on how the day goes, we may open later in the afternoon, but we'll have to play that by ear. We'll post an update if we're able to reopen.

Saturday:
We will be closing a little before 2:00 PM as we head over to The Vic for an afternoon of live music from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

🎤 Hailee will be opening with live music, followed by Ol'Norm the Bear playing local favourites and original tracks.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our small local business. It's going to be a busy but exciting weekend, and we hope to see some of you at the reptile show and at The Vic!

⚠️ Customer Notice ⚠️

Our main POS system is currently experiencing issues when customers insert their cards and enter a PIN. Tap payments are working normally and remain the preferred payment method at this time.

Unfortunately, our backup POS terminal was stolen during the robbery a few weeks ago, so we're unable to switch to our backup system while this is being resolved.

If possible, we kindly ask customers to pay using tap or cash for the time being. This will help keep transactions quick and avoid any checkout delays.

Reptile Rob, also known to Northern Recap fans as "Ol'Norm the Bear," has officially released his new album!

After "Vote Timmins Vote" became an internet sensation and had people across Timmins talking, sharing, and singing along, Ol'Norm the Bear is keeping the momentum going.

Hey everyone!

With the temperatures climbing today and our current A/C struggling to keep up until our new unit arrives, we've decided to take advantage of the sunshine and head to the beach for a few hours! ☀️🏖️

Aquatics & Exotics will be closed today from approximately 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

If you need to pick up an order, livestock, or supplies, please send us a message and we'll do our best to arrange a pickup for you.

Please remember to stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, throw on a hat, and take care of yourselves in this heat. We hope everyone has a safe and fun day enjoying the beautiful weather!
