最近在商場發現一家新開的東北料理-《福滿鍋》，忍不住去試了一下。本來只是想簡單吃一頓，結果最後直接點滿一桌😅

菜一上桌就很有存在感，份量給得很大方，香氣也很直接，是那種會讓人默默一直配飯的味道。✨

其中🦪椒鹽蛏子真的蠻有記憶點，蛏子很嫩又多汁、沒有腥味，椒鹽香氣剛剛好，不知不覺就被清空了。

有一道同事說一定要分享一下，是番茄炒蛋🍅。明明是一道很家常的料理，但入口真的很驚艷，炒蛋絲滑不乾，搭配番茄剛剛好的香氣，整體很順口，也是直接光盤。

小編與同事一共四個人，邊吃邊聊，最後全部人都飽到不行，還打包了一些回去。

店內整體裝潢以暖色調為主，明亮又舒服，還有一些可愛的東北元素點綴，牆上的東北方言字畫也好有趣🖼️。

服務上也有個小細節很加分：看到我們桌上用過的盤子，會主動幫忙換上乾淨的，超級貼心。

🌿另外這家餐廳對素食者也很友好，有提供素菜選項，也可以提前告知不放蔥、薑、蒜（全素OK）。

The Pot House, a Northeastern Chinese restaurant, has recently opened in the mall. We stopped by to give it a try, and what started as a simple meal quickly turned into a full table of dishes. 😅

The portions are generous, with bold, savory flavors that pair really well with rice. It’s the kind of meal that keeps you going back for another bite ✨

The Salt & Pepper Razor Clams stood out 🦪 — tender, juicy, and clean in flavor. And the Tomato & Egg was also surprisingly good 🍅, with soft, silky eggs and a well-balanced tomato flavor.

We went as a group of four and left completely full, with some dishes packed to go.

The space feels warm and comfortable, with subtle Northeastern elements and playful wall art 🖼️.

Service was thoughtful — when our plates got messy with shells, they replaced them with clean ones, which was a nice touch.

🌿Vegetarian-friendly options are available, and dishes can also be made without green onion, garlic, or ginger if needed.

👉 For solo dining, rice or noodle bowls are also available, making it a convenient option for one.

【和雅居 Harmony Kitchen】開張啦 🍜
這次小編和同事趁著午餐時間來幫大家探探店～
店內環境明亮整潔，店員熱情介紹，菜單選擇不少，讓我們小小思考了一下呢 !

點完餐後先上桌的是”免費雙拼小菜”：泡菜＋怪味豆，怪味豆是店家自己炒的，甜甜鹹鹹很涮嘴，主餐還沒來，我們就默默吃掉大半碟 😆

主餐我們選了 金湯肥牛麵 和 炸豬排茄汁麵，兩碗一上桌就知道份量不容小覷，主食及配料給得滿 滿 滿。金湯肥牛是微辣湯底，整體清爽耐喝 (喜歡吃辣的夥伴，也可以請店家做調整喔 🌶️)；炸豬排茄汁麵帶點酸甜感，重點是豬排給得相當多，非常有誠意。整體湯頭走清爽、不重鹹路線，喝完不會覺得口渴，很適合想吃暖暖的、但不想太有負擔的朋友。

另外，湯麵系列都可以「免費加麵」，原本份量就不少，老闆還提供加麵選項，真的很佛心 🙌

雖然已經很飽了，但小編還是想試試店家的手工炸春捲，一份 6 個，附酸辣醬和薯條，春捲是店家純手工製作，素食可食，外皮酥脆，份量一樣很多，最後只能打包帶走。
菜單上還有好多餐點，特別是拔絲地瓜，小編已經列入下次點心名單啦 🍠

If you’re looking for a comfortable place to enjoy a light yet filling bowl of noodles, Harmony Kitchen is now open 🍜✨

The ambiance is bright and clean, with friendly and welcoming staff.

After ordering, we were served a complimentary appetizer of pickled vegetables and house-made seasoned peanuts. The peanuts had a lightly sweet and savory flavor, they barely lasted until our mains arrived.

For our mains, we chose two different noodles, both orders were generously portioned with plenty of toppings.
The Beef Noodles with Golden Broth comes with a mildly spicy broth that is light and well-balanced. (spice level can be adjusted upon request🌶️).
The Tomato Noodle Soup with Deep-Fried Pork Chop had a slightly sweet and tangy flavor, and a generous portion of pork chop.

Overall, the broths are light and perfectly seasoned.

All noodle soups come with free noodle refills. The portions are already large, and the refill option is a thoughtful bonus! 🙌

We also tried the handmade vegetarian spring rolls, served with sweet chili sauce and fries. They are vegetarian-friendly and nicely crispy.
