The Make A Book initiative officially unveiled its multibook partnership backed by the support of the Massy Foundation, which contributed $80,100 enabling the creation and publication of 18 books authored through the initiative. 📚✨
At the launch event, Natalie McDowald, Member of the Massy Foundation Advisory Panel, alongside Curtis Padmore, Mr. Stephen Scott, Deputy Chief Education Officer, and Paula Anne of the Kiwanis Pride of Barbados Club, underscored the importance of reading, imagination, and empowering young people to confidently share their stories. In his remarks, Mr. Padmore further expanded on this vision, highlighting how the integration of technology in classrooms can scale learning and serve as a key driver of education transformation and future growth.
