It’s hard to find the right words for this moment, but I want to share this news with the same honesty and love that you’ve shared with me over the years.

This holiday season will be our last one at 190 Main Street in Westport, CT.

Le Rouge will remain in the space through February 2026, and then it will be time to gently close a chapter that has shaped my heart, my craft, and my life for more than a decade.

For ten beautiful years, this little shop has been my home away from home. You have brought your celebrations, your families, your stories, your children, and your memories into this space. I’ve watched kids grow up, friendships blossom, anniversaries celebrated, and 99th birthdays honored. You made this small aartisan shop feel alive.

Many of you know that life took me in many directions.
Over the past 6 plus years, I tried to balance living between continents and states as life happened around me. I tried with all my heart to be present here as much as I could. Some days were harder than I admitted.
But every time I walked into this shop, your warmth made the world feel right again.

This year, turning 60 gave me clarity.
I realized that it’s time to create space for growth, balance, and new creativity.
So while the storefront will close, Le Rouge is not going anywhere.

We are stepping into a new chapter — one filled with:

We will be closed Tuesday September 30th and Wednesday October 1 for celebrate my big 60.

As I step into this new decade, my heart overflows with gratitude for family and friends, whose unconditional love and presence are the most profound blessings of my life. I am deeply touched that my grown children, with their busy lives, have chosen to take time off to come home and celebrate this significant milestone with me. Milestones are not just about the passage of time, but about the love we've received, the bonds we've nurtured, and the joy we continue to share.
