Grilling a steak for Dad this weekend??🔥
(all steaks are $1 off per pound this week!!!)

Here are a few tips for the perfect steak👌🏽

- Pat dry, excess moisture prevents browning (a dry surface results in better searing and caramelization)

- Cook uncovered

- Only turn your steaks only 1 time

- NEVER use a fork to flip (releases too many juices)

Recommendations on cooking times over Med-High direct heat for a medium rare to medium cook:
1" steaks 5-6 min per side
1.5" steaks 7-8 min per side

Recommendations for cooking over Med heat:
1" 7-8 min per side
1.5" 10-12 min per side

- Always let rest for 5-10 min before serving - remember the steak will continue to cook after its taken off heat

- Season your steak after you take it from the grill
