WHAT CHANGED:
The Texas injunction took effect August 13 after DOJ did not file an immediate appeal.

WHO IT CURRENTLY HELPS:
Plaintiffs and other parties legally covered by the order.

WHAT IT DOES NOT YET MEAN:
That every Louisiana resident or every FFL can disregard federal NFA registration requirements.

WHAT P&D IS DOING:
Monitoring ATF, DOJ and the courts and continuing legally applicable procedures until P&D has a verified basis to change them.
