Hello BBQ lovers,
Before we head off on vacation, I wanted to take a minute to say thank you.
These last 3 months have been some of the craziest months we’ve ever had.
For 3 straight months, we’ve been running 4 to 5 pop ups every week, staying up through the night tending fires, loading trailers, unloading trailers, prepping food, cleaning equipment, and doing it all over again a day or two later.
It’s been exhausting.
It’s also been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives.
The thing that sticks with me isn’t the sellouts, the numbers, or how busy we’ve been.
It’s seeing the same faces week after week.
It’s hearing customers tell us they drove across town just for our BBQ.
It’s watching people bring their friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to try us for the first time.
It’s seeing complete strangers become regulars.
As much as people compliment the food, what keeps us going is the people behind it.
The support you’ve shown Rack Rubbers BBQ over these last 3 months has honestly been overwhelming in the best possible way.
Every line we’ve had.
Every sellout we’ve had.
Every busy weekend we’ve had.
That’s because of you.
We’re incredibly grateful that you’ve chosen to spend your hard earned money with us when there are countless other places you could go.
Thank you for believing in us.
Thank you for supporting a small local BBQ business.
Thank you for making these last 3 months something we’ll never forget.
We’ll take a little time to recharge, and then we’ll be back at the pit doing what we love.
We’ll see y’all after vacation.
