We thought we were prepared for Grand Opening… TUCSON SAID ABSOLUTELY NOT. 😂 Y’all cleared us OUT to the point that we need 3 business days to recover emotionally, physically, AND restock the chamoy 💀

We’ll be closed until Wednesday while we get everything back together and come back FULLY STOCKED 🫡

We’ve taken everything you love about Dirty T and brought it to the streets with an all-new snack truck serving your favorite antojitos, chucherías, chamoy creations, elotes, tostilocos, drinks, and more!

There are moments in life that don’t quite feel real until you’re standing in front of them.

Today, I got to see Dirty T Tamarindo displayed inside the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), and I still can’t find the words to describe what that felt like. 🥹❤️

As a small business that started with a family recipe and a dream, I never imagined our candy would one day become part of a museum exhibition. This is so much bigger than me, it’s a celebration of culture, community, and the stories we carry through food!!

An enormous thank you to the incredibly talented Stephanie Shih for creating this beautiful piece and for choosing to include Dirty T Tamarindo. Your ability to blend our cultures through art is inspiring, and I’m deeply honored that our candy became part of your vision.

To everyone who has supported Dirty T Tamarindo from day one: this moment belongs to all of us. Every purchase, every share, every word of encouragement helped make moments like this possible.
