We discussed plans for the next fiscal year.
1. Wheelchair accessibility in Every city state and town.
2. Self-help group for every hospital, clinic, facility to AID MS patients in our city state and town.
3. Fundraising. We will use our own skills and auction them for further research to find a cure for MS.

I am currently having
High protein chocolate pudding

1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese

1/4 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder

4 teaspoons of monk fruit sweetener

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
 step one:
put everything in a purée mixer 🫠

Notes:

The higher, the fat of the cottage cheese the thicker the pudding.

Can be stored in a container and left in the fridge or freezer.

If you put it in the freezer, you have to defrost it for 15 minutes on the counter.

It’s good for about a week in the fridge.

You can make popsicles or make them into layers with something else out of silicone molds as well.
