We want to pause for a moment and say a big thank you for the massive outpouring of support that was shown to us after the shop was broken into over the weekend. Unfortunately, the people who committed this crime did not resolve it in the way we had hoped for, so now it’s in the hands of the police, and justice will run its course. With that being said, the amount of shares, likes, comments, and all of the other ways you guys helped out with this situation was absolutely fantastic, and we were truly touched at the massive show of support. Thank you for being an awesome cycling family!

TONIGHT! Let’s play bikes! We’ll meet up with our friends from Ride 417 Cycling at Wesley Church at 922 W Republic Road. The ride starts at 6:00 pm and runs to approximately 7:15 pm, and we'll ride approximately 15 miles. Helmets and lights required, please! Pace approximately 13 mph. Hope to see you there!

Please see the below photos and share. These are some screenshots of the two gentlemen who felt the need to break into our shop early Saturday morning and steal some of our property. Gentlemen, these photos, along with several others, are now in the hands of the Springfield Police Department. As we said earlier today, you have until this Monday morning to return our property on the back porch of our shop where you broke in and walk away. That will be your one and only chance to make things right. If you don’t, get ready for a date with law enforcement and the district attorney’s office. You’ve got 36 hours to make the right choice. We suggest you do so.

The shop was broken into at approximately 3:00 AM this morning. Our security cameras caught the entire thing. We know who you are, and we know you were driving a silver SUV. We know what you took, we have reported it to the police, and we’re prepared to prosecute. However, here’s the deal. Bring back everything you stole from us, leave it on our back porch unharmed, and we’ll give you the chance to simply walk away. If you don’t, we’ll turn over everything to law enforcement, and we’ll request that you be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If that happens, you’ll be getting a visit from the Springfield Police Department soon. But we’re giving you one chance by extending you some grace and hoping you’ll do the right thing. If you don’t, you will regret it. You have until Monday morning to make your decision. The choice is yours. Choose wisely.
