Coming up this Sunday at Lavish Earth and Scarborough, May 31st, and June 14th at Soma Massage and Wellness in South Portland.

My evolving Polarity Therapy Alchemy program known as Align Deepen and Reemerge intends to give you the tools to tap into and strengthen your subtle energetic systems, putting you on a better path to heal your neuromuscular and endocrine systems. We'll focus on the spine, the chakras, the aura, being able to ground, protect, and transform your energy to support your inner truth and inner clarity and find greater health.

These workshops included guided visualization and exercises to tap into the subtle energies. At the end, everyone lays down and I will use Crystals and Singing Bowls, and with permission touch to Align and Ground Your Chakra/Aura System.

Please dm me if you need to a pay what you can rate. The Eventbrite Registration is in the comments, There are different rates for tickets depending on what you can afford. Higher rates supplements other's attendance. I want this work to be accessible to all who are interested.

Happy mother's day to all who are or have a mother! I'm spending time with my son and decided not to do anything commercial like a mother's day sale. I'd like to list a couple of my lamps soon because I have a few really beautiful ones almost ready. Enjoy the shots of Maine!
