🥗✨ Make a simple vinaigrette with a 3:1 ratio of oil to vinegar, plus seasoning and an emulsifier.
Ingredients: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard or honey, salt, pepper, optional garlic/shallots or sweetener.
Steps:
1. Mix vinegar, emulsifier, and seasonings
2. Slowly whisk or shake in oil
3. Taste and adjust
Use right away or refrigerate (shake before use). Adjust acidity based on your greens. 🌿
