During the pandemic in 2020, Michelle had been working frontline with covid patients, struggling to find a silver lining in the darkness that presented throughout the the hospital walls. After being forced to take some time off due to an accident, Michelle began creating charcuterie boards as a creative outlet for friends and family. "I had no idea there was even a creative bone in me." After some
time, that extended to gifting boxes locally to help spread some positivity in the community. Gifts turned to an instagram page being created on impulse and Thus, Meatchee'se Boards was born! "I have found a love rooted so deep within that is able to be expressed through the art of food styling, and it is now an honor to be able to share that beauty with you!"
