Want to use your financial aid (FAFSA, Pell, Bright Futures, etc.) to purchase course materials and supplies before disbursement?
You CAN with the Textbook Purchase Program. FALL 2026 enrollment is open now at my.ucf.edu under the Student Self Service.
Students APPROVED for the Textbook Purchase Program can then
purchase up to $600 required course materials, books and supplies at the
UCF Campus Store by presenting their UCF ID Card in-store or using their 7-digit UCF ID at ucf.bncollege.com. Only the amount spent at the UCF Campus Store will be added to the student’s account.
The Textbook Purchase Program is available EACH semester three weeks before classes begin and valid through the first week of classes each semester.
The deadline to opt-in to the Textbook Purchase Program is 5 PM
on the third day of classes each semester. Students can use approved funds through the end of Add/Drop.
Once financial aid is disbursed, it will pay off this charge after other UCF expenses are paid.
In the event financial aid is canceled or reduced after approval, the student becomes fully responsible for paying their UCF Student Account.
To qualify, a student must be:
1. Currently enrolled at least half time in UCF classes.
2. Complete all “To-Do List” items at my.ucf.edu
3. Students must have a valid UCF ID Card.
4. Students must have financial aid in excess
of their total tuition & fees.
