Yay! Thank you to everyone who has worked so hard over the years to make this possible!

We did it! The Gateway State Trail extension between William O'Brien State Park and Scandia has been saved, thanks to the Scandia City Council's 5-0 vote in favor of proceeding with the construction project. Thank you to everyone who wrote emails, attended the meetings, and supported the project. Plus a big shout out to the Friends of Scandia Parks and Trails and Gateway & Brown's Creek Trail Association for their leadership on this effort.
