Extremely busy and whimsical weekend, with Bookstore Romance Day on Saturday, and a glorious Sunday CRAFTERNOON — casual and creative fun, including with stamps and ink pads and a needle felting craft with an older kiddo.

Join us next Sunday from 2-4 as well and we will dabble further!

Too busy to take photos, always a thrill!

We had a perfectly delightful creative afternoon en plein air in Newton Centre today with our friends at Spark Newton!! Thank you all for coming out and
1. Doing the nature scavenger hunt!
2. Sketching the garden!
3. Reading books!
4. Crafting!!! Making beautiful wands from dried allium flowers, drawing in chalk on the paths, making garden scenes and collages — I didn’t see who made the lovely globe from seed catalog pages but I LOVE it!
5. Enjoying the beautiful, if muggy, day, and the shade of the trees, and the breeze!

Back open for business as usually tomorrow (Monday!) so we’ll see you then!
