Just a friendly reminder about our new summer hours. With summer here our new hours are
Monday -Friday 12pm-6pm
Saturday- Sunday CLOSED

🚨REGARDING IN STORE AND ONLINE ORDERS🚨

1. For online orders we do send out a notification to the email associated to your Shopify account.
2. We do call for online orders to let them know that their order is ready for pick up but we only call when the store isn’t busy.
3. IN STORE ORDERS we call with the number that is provided.
4. So make sure to answer those phone calls. Promise you guys were aren’t spam calling you lol 😂
5. When calls go unanswered there’s nothing more we can do. Leaving a voicemail is useless because half of the time either the voicemail isn’t set up, or voicemail is full or ring automatically declines the call lol

Sorry for the rant you guys 😂🥴

🚨UPDATE ON WIFI🚨

The WiFi has been restored!! 🥳🥳🥳 we are now back to taking calls and printing online orders 🥳 whoop whoop!

Good afternoon everyone 🌦️ your DTF Tech here Andie just wanted to let you guys know a few things for today 😊

That’s storm was crazy last night lol hope everyone was safe and sound!

• Okay as of right now the weather is good and we are good to open up at scheduled. 12pm-6pm. We are still monitoring the weather if anything we’ll make a post announcing if closing early so keep a lookout on that.

• Second thing we are experiencing WiFi difficulties so with that said our phone aren’t working. So if you have a question or concern please send us a message and we’ll get back to you.

• ONLINE ORDERS/INSTORE ORDERS while experiencing WiFi difficulties ALL ORDERS are put on hold until we resolve the WiFi issue ( just fyi you’re currently in the tat time frame 1-3days ) again if any questions please send us a message to our facebook with ORDER NUMBER AND NAME and we will get back you asap.

• Fourth thing all orders that were placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday & Monday morning are all finished and ready for pick up. So please look for that email confirmation saying it’s ready for pick up as we can’t call due to the WiFi. So sorry for the inconvenience!!

Buenas buenas everyone! Due to the weather we have decided to close early today at 5pm.

To keep our employees and clients safe tomorrow we will be closely monitoring the weather depending how it is we might delay opening the store or might not open tomorrow. As everyone know our location gets very flooded when it rains 😩

All online orders that have been placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday and today’s that were placed before 12pm are getting worked on. We are experiencing WiFi shortages so please be patient with us.
