One of our favorite parts of this year’s Las Vegas Market was watching one of our student team members, Reese, step into a much bigger buying role.

Last year, she joined us at the Atlanta Market and we made the final buying decisions together. This year, we gave her the freedom to lead much more of the product selection.

It was fun to see what caught her eye and compare it with our own experience. Great ideas can come from every member of the team, and it’s rewarding to watch someone grow in confidence and responsibility.
