Aloe there! 🌿

Just finished setting up our new aloe display, and we’re pretty excited about it. These little plants don’t ask for much, look great year-round, and are about as low-maintenance as houseplants get.

✔ Bright light
✔ Occasional watering
✔ Beginner-friendly
✔ A handy plant to have around the house

Kymbra has been busy in the lab lately, turning flowers into keepsakes and filling preservation orders left and right.

This piece started as a sample for customers to see our work… but somewhere along the way, Kymbra got attached. 😂

You know it’s a good one when the designer starts thinking, “Maybe we should just keep this one.”

Good news for our customers: she finally agreed to let it go.

Big congratulations to Kymbra Tilley CF! 🌸

Kymbra has been awarded the a GLFA Scholarship by the Great Lakes Floral Association and will be attending the AIFD National Symposium in Orlando, Florida, this July.

AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers) is the floral industry’s leading design organization, and Symposium is one of the world’s premier floral education events.

We’re proud of Kymbra’s dedication to learning, growing, and elevating her craft. We can’t wait to see what inspiration she brings back to Banner Flower House! 💙

Kymbra had the desk mostly together… but every project has that moment where everybody just pauses and stares at it in silence. 😂🔧

Kym walked over, looked at it for approximately 4 seconds, and immediately knew what needed done.

We may never emotionally recover from how fast she figured it out. 😂

Honestly, she just needed something with sleeves for the preservation process… and while the hazmat suit might be a little overkill, it works. 😂

Meanwhile, over in Memories in Bloom, roses are becoming forever pieces instead of fresh flowers. The lab has been busy lately.
