Recently I had the opportunity to visit the Kokomo Glass Company and it was such a fun experience! They are one of only four glass factories in the States that still hand mix sheet glass. We were able to take an in depth tour and watch some behind-the-scenes glass making! It’s amazing what all goes into making glass before it shows up in sheet form for us to create with. I would highly recommend the trip and tour at KOG if you’re able to make it.

Bonus- they have a scrap yard of glass that they’re not able to recycle and it’s open to pick from for super cheap. I got lots of fun colors and textures of glass galore!
