Soothe is a store all about taking care of yourself and your mental wellbeing. Some days I need to practice what I preach. On this sunny day, that is exactly what I will be doing.
Without going into detail I will say the last couple months have been some of the toughest I have ever had in my life. My mind and body need a sunny day to rest and relax. Full relaxation is never possible when the shop is open, even if I am not there. Today, Alaska delivered the sun, so I have decided the shop will be closed (open again tomorrow 10-6). Remember to take time when you able to take care of yourself, it is so important 🫶
