🌙These brecciated moons look like little pieces of the night sky frozen in stone.

Each one tells a story of transformation. Brecciated stone forms when broken fragments are naturally fused back together over time, creating something even more beautiful than before. With their soft earthy tones, sparkling pockets, and crescent moon shape, these carvings feel like a reminder that healing doesn't erase the cracks. It turns them into part of the masterpiece.

There’s just something magical about the mountains under a full moon. 🌕

This Sunday, May 31 brings a Blue Moon, the second full moon in a calendar month and a pretty rare sight. Despite the name, it won’t actually look blue. The phrase “once in a blue moon” comes from how uncommon it is.

A good night to slow down a little, step outside, and look up.

Like moonlight carved into stone.

These large selenite bowls are as functional as they are beautiful. Selenite is a form of gypsum known for its soft glow, silky texture, and natural light-reflecting fibers that create that dreamy, luminous look.

In the metaphysical world, selenite is often used for cleansing and charging other crystals, clearing stagnant energy, and creating a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Many people keep jewelry, tumbles, tarot cards, or small crystals inside selenite bowls for an easy energetic reset.

A little science, a little magic, and they’re just stunning sitting anywhere in a room. 🤍

It’s wild to think these were once in the mouth of a real shark millions of years ago. 🦈

These fossil teeth are from an extinct mackerel shark called Otodus obliquus, an ancient relative of the megalodon that lived around 50–60 million years ago. Some of these sharks may have grown over 30 feet long, ruling prehistoric oceans long before humans existed.

Each tooth is completely unique, with its own shape, color, and little imperfections from surviving all that time buried in the Earth. Tiny pieces of prehistoric ocean history you can actually hold in your hand.🌊

These chrysocolla pieces look like dragon scales, enchanted maps, and little alien oceans all at once.

The patterns don’t even seem real until the sunlight hits them.

This is the kind of stone that makes people pick it up “just to look” and then never want to put it back down.

These zeolites look like tiny crystal cities. ✨

Every angle has something different going on: little sparkling points, chunky formations, soft peachy crystals, and so much texture. Pictures really don’t do these justice.

One of our favorite things about zeolites is that they form in volcanic rock cavities, so nature basically spent thousands of years slowly building these intricate crystal clusters underground.

They also have such a calm energy to them. A lot of people use zeolites for spaces that need a peaceful, lighter feeling.

We have a limited number in, and every single one is different. Come by Crystal Ravyn in downtown Jonesborough and pick out your favorite! 🤍
