Long Live the Hart!!! Last chance to buy! Last day to purchase and support HDSA is May 31st!
As a part of our “HeroClix for Huntington’s” charity initiative each year, I get the honor of designing a new map for the game of . Each year, I’ve chosen to honor projects I was fortunate to have been a part of.
This year, I chose to honor ”Hart of Dixie”.
A little show that could on the CW about small town life in the lovely (and imaginary) town of Bluebell, Alabama. Full of heart and humor, just like our community, I thought it was fitting.
This map harkens back to maps of old for Clix fans AND has a ton of Easter eggs for fans of the show. The Butter Stick Bakery, George’s truck, Wade’s Camaro, Zoe Hart’s Doctor’s office, the parade floats, volunteer fire department trucks and more!
It it looks familiar, that’s because almost any show that has ever shot on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank has shared this same town square, and now I share it with y’all!!
The names of the maps are based on the names of two episodes of the show from Season 1. The purple ringed map, “Heat & Havoc”, is based on the heatwave episode “In Heat and Havoc”. The the gold ringed “Snow & Soul” is based on the blizzard episode “Snowflakes and Soulmates”.
Our “Heat & Havoc” charity map $35 and is available for purchase through the end of Huntington’s Disease Awareness Month (May) through our site. All proceeds (beyond production cost) go directly to and the battle against Huntington’s Disease.
Our event has raised $84,000 so far this year, here’s to one strong final weekend for the cause!
