Horns Up Foundation returns to the Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo Crown Room Friday night September 4th, with the return of Cyclone Prime to the Hilo area, joining them are Phrogs On a Log, Obsidian and Stoned to Death on the bill! What a way to celebrate the Labor Day Weekend, tickets are $15, $10 with student ID. Doors open at 5:30, music begins at 6pm.
