We are currently looking to hire for a part time/on call position. We offer a competitive wage 100% employeer paid insurance, bonuses, and many other employee perks. I can be difficult to work for because of my Autism and ADHD I am blunt and can come across rude. If you are a friend outside of this space you already know my ticks. I just like to be up front. If your feelings are easily hurt or you take things personally this may not be the position for you. This business is my baby and I do take things seriously. This place is sacred to me and she is my gift to other like souls in the Helena and surrounding areas and I never want to lose her.

We are NOT looking for the following.......

If you are planning on asking for a week of days off your first month of employment

If you think it's appropriate to take a drag of your "special" v**e while at work

If you can't leave emotional baggage at the door

If you think it's appropriate to leave early because it's slow

If you think it's ok to close the store, go to an appointment and then come back when you're free

Not doing what is asked of you, but running side hustles

You think you can negotiate your own sales prices for friends and family

Being on your phone 100% off the day. If people are in the shop. You must be able to make connections beyond your device.
