Puppy season is here, and our youngest residents are eating us out of house and home! 🥣

As puppies grow, they need plenty of nutritious food to help them become healthy, strong, and ready to meet their future families. Right now, we're especially in need of wet puppy food. 🐶

Want to help? It's easy!
🐾 Order through our Amazon or Chewy Wishlist and donations will be delivered directly to the shelter. (mohawkhumane.org/wishlist)
🐾 Drop off wet puppy food in the blue donation bins outside MHHS during the day.

Wet puppy food is one of those supplies that disappears quickly this time of year, and we'd love your help keeping our shelves stocked.

This is another one of the rescues in our region we helped with donations for the yard/garage sale..So great, we love our fur babies.

👑 Meet Princess 👑

Princess is a 4–5-year-old Maltese with a heart as sweet as her name. Rescued from a hoarding situation, this little lady is embracing her new life and all the love that comes with it.

Princess loves just about everything—especially toys, treats, other dogs, and most importantly… YOU! She enjoys carrying her toys around, running and playing with her canine friends, and is always ready for snack time. When the fun is over, Princess is happiest curled up next to her favorite person for some snuggles.

She’s a wonderful mix of playful and affectionate, walks nicely on a leash, and gets along great with other dogs. Whether you’re heading out on an adventure or relaxing at home on the couch, Princess is happy to be by your side.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion, a cuddle buddy, and a best friend who will love you unconditionally, Princess may be the perfect match for your family.

🐾 All of our dogs come up to date on rabies and distemper vaccines, are microchipped, and spayed/neutered.
