Giardia is the most common intestinal parasite infection in the U.S., but most people have never heard about it.

It is not a worm.

Giardia is a microscopic protozoa that can live in the gut, attach to the intestinal lining, and interfere with digestion.

This is why parasite education needs to go deeper than worms.

Our newest article explains what Giardia is, why biofilms matter, and how traditional herbs can support a structured parasite detox routine.

Where do toxins actually go in the body?

They do not just disappear.

The body can store waste in fat, organs, cells, bile, the gut, and biofilms.

Modern exposure is coming from everywhere:

Processed food
Fast food
Seed oils
Corn syrup
Heavy metals
Pesticides
PFAS
Plastics
Food packaging
Contaminated ingredients

This is why detox needs structure.

You have to clean up the diet, support the organs, keep elimination moving, target parasites, break down biofilms, bind waste, and support heavy metal detox.

We broke it all down in the new article:

Clean Up Your Insides.

Learn how toxins are stored in fat, organs, and cells, and why modern food, heavy metals, parasites, and biofilms require a full detox approach.

The Differences Between Binders and Why Influencers Keep Getting It Wrong.

Not all “binders” do the same thing.

Activated charcoal, zeolite, chlorella, bentonite clay, and fulvic acid all work differently in the body they all bind to different things and have different molecular structures.

That is why ranking binders 1-10 without context can be confusing to people.

Thats why we created a simple Enhanced Binder Guide to help explain:
What each binder is best used for and why.

Pinworms are small intestinal parasites that spread through microscopic eggs.

That is why they are so common. The eggs can move through hands, fingernails, bedding, towels, clothing, bathroom surfaces, toys, and everyday household contact.

This is not about guessing. It is about understanding the cycle.

Our new blog breaks down:

What pinworms are
Where they come from
Why they spread so easily
Why the egg cycle matters
How household cleanup supports the process
Where a 30-day parasite cleanse fits into the routine

Liver Flukes: Where They Come From and How They Affect the Body

Liver flukes are parasitic flatworms that can enter the body through contaminated freshwater plants, contaminated water, raw or undercooked freshwater fish, and freshwater environments where snails can carry flukes into the food chain.

Once inside, they can migrate through tissue and settle into the liver and bile ducts. This can affect bile flow, digestion, liver function, and gallbladder health.

The blog explains:

Where liver flukes come from
How they enter the body
How they migrate once inside
Why bile flow matters
Why a 30-day parasite cleanse needs consistency

Boost Blenz Parasite Cleanse uses a targeted herbal formula designed to support the body through the full parasite life cycle: eggs, larvae, and adults.

Everyone should be detoxing at least 1 time per year. Not just people who think they have parasites.

Why? Because all of us are exposed to processed food, chemicals, poor water, stress, and environmental junk year after year. If you never detox, you risk more buildup and more pressure on your gut, liver, kidneys, bile flow, and elimination.

Our latest article breaks down how often you should detox per year based on exposure.

Check it out!

How often should you detox? Learn whether how many detoxes per year is right for you and how Boost Blenz supports detox, binding, hydration, and elimination.

People talk about detox binders like they all do the same thing.

They do not.

That is exactly why this matters.

Activated charcoal, chlorella, bentonite, and zeolite all work differently, and if you actually care about helping the body bind and move out waste efficiently, that difference matters.

Here is the simple version:

Activated charcoal is broad and works well for general gut binding.
Chlorella is especially useful when heavy metals are part of the picture.
Zeolite is more narrow and better suited for certain metals.
Bentonite works differently too, using charged clay layers to bind certain compounds.

So no, a binder is not just some random add-on you throw into a cleanse.

The molecular structure of a binder affects what it grabs, how it works, and why one binder may make more sense than another depending on the situation.

That is also why Boost Blenz chose activated charcoal and chlorella as the foundation of our full detox program. Broad gut support plus heavy metal support makes more sense for most people than making detox more complicated than it needs to be.

If you have ever felt like some detox programs leave out a major piece of the puzzle, this is one of the biggest reasons why.
