Happy Halloween Friends!! Be safe out there!

Apple Bottom Jeans…

Thanks so much to Dunning’s Market Perception Plus Imaging Services Pinki Koli Alison Turner Scrappy Squirrel Fiber Shop for participating in my nonsense, yet again! 😉 I botched this week’s version a bit, thankfully I’m not a perfectionist, at all.
Perception Plus Imaging Services & Dunning’s Market for the win on this one. There’s no way I could have picked between the 2.

Have a great weekend!

Hi Friends, happy Thursday!

I’ve had the privilege to be asked to participate in HF’s VAST Program (Vocational Achievement for Successful Transition) this year. Every Thursday, which has become my favorite day of the week, I get to spend some time with my friends and share a bit of what my days look like as a store owner.

Yesterday, I received the cutest Halloween magnets and bracelets made by the participants to sell in the store. 100% of the proceeds will go back to VAST. This program, in my opinion, doesn’t get enough attention or support, and the HF teachers/staff that work directly with Unified, VAST, and Special Olympics are quite literally some of the greatest humans on the face of the planet……and that’s not just in my opinion.
So, if anyone can spare $5 to help support such an amazing and worthwhile cause, please do!!

Thank you so much to all the Flossmoor businesses that entertained my nonsense today!
The goal was to see who remembers or knew the lyrics to “Hypnotize” by Notorious B.I.G.
