Effingham, Illinois is the place to be this Saturday, May 30th!

Our retail store, Baseball Card Connection, located at 313 West Jefferson Avenue in downtown Effingham, will be OPEN from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

Also, don’t miss the Sports Card & Collectibles Show, also on Saturday, May 30th, at the Effingham Event Center located at 1501 West Fayette Avenue, in Effingham, IL. The show is being hosted by Becker’s Sports Cards and there will be 90 tables loaded with trading cards and sports memorabilia. The Sports Card Show will be open from 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Stop at both places this Saturday and you can shop for trading cards all day long! We can’t wait to see you in Effingham, Illinois!

We are looking to purchase all unopened, factory sealed boxes of trading cards. Need to clean out your closet, basement, garage, former store or warehouse to free up some space? Our young friend Odell is a New York Yankees fan and a huge Jazz Chisholm fan, just like Lisa. He recently went to Kauffman Stadium, home of the Kansas City Royals, to cheer on the Yankees and show his support for Jazz. His family tagged Jazz on Instagram to show their support, and Jazz shared the post on his Instagram page! What a cool experience! To top it off, in the 9th inning, Jazz ripped a double and ended up scoring the winning run to secure another Yankees win! Way to go Odell, it's awesome for you to support your favorite player and then watch him go out and win the game!

By the way, Odell is a special customer at the Baseball Card Connection. He is always coming into the store and giving Lisa a new Jazz Chisholm card for her collection for free! He's a good egg!
