You may typically see Mark or Jordan at the store taking care of the day-to-day, but there are quite a few people behind the scenes who jump in whenever they're needed—or whenever they just want to help out! 😊
The women and kids behind the store are a pretty important part of our team. My mom, my wife, and our kids have all spent plenty of time helping out over the years, and this past week was one of those times!
This week we have over 100 additional school band instruments come in for rental, needing checked in, organized, and put away for the upcoming season. My wife and kids jumped right in—and, of course, had a little fun while they were at it! 😂📦🎺🎷
One of the things we love about owning a small business is that our kids get to see what goes on behind the scenes. They're learning that running a business isn't just about the people customers see at the counter. It's about teamwork, hard work, pitching in when you're needed, and taking pride in being part of something your family has built.
We're thankful for all the family members who have helped us along the way and for the opportunity to teach our kids what it means to work hard, support one another, and support small business. ❤️
