Check out what's going on at The Bookworm in June; there's something for everyone!
๐ฃโโ Starting on Wednesday, June 3rd at 6pm, hear from Susan Norman, a National and World Champion in both whitewater kayaking and rafting, about her memoir RISK, a compelling narrative about her connection to wild rivers, and how the journey heals her past and current childhood trauma.
๐ The next night, Thursday, June 4th at 5pm, is our 3rd night. We are currently sold out of beginner tickets, but have a few intermediate spots left.
๐ Then on Tuesday, June 9th at 6pm, celebrate the latest release in Colorado author Scott Graham's National Park Mystery Series, GREAT SAND DUNES MASSACRE, which is set at that park.
๐ The following night, Wednesday, June 10th at 5:15pm, join our Women's Voices Book Club for a discussion of Sadeqa Johnson's KEEPER OF LOST CHILDREN. The author will join virtually for Q&A.
๐๐ผโโ๏ธ On Friday, June 12th at 9:15am, Celebrate the latest picture book from local author and illustrator Alice Feagan! Her brand new picture book, THE LOST BOARD is a vibrantly illustrated story that follows a young girl and her family surfboard. There will be a craft & book signing following storytime!
๐ณ๏ธโ๐ Starting at noon on Saturday, June 13th, you can find some of our bookseller's at Mountain Pride's Pride in the Park!
