Can’t decide between ice cream or breakfast? Why not have both!

Ingredients
2/3 cup strong brewed coffee
1/3 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
Blueberries
Banana slices
Coconut shavings
Protein Pints Coffee ice cream (we added 4 scoops)

Instructions:
Heat coffee and milk in a small saucepan
Add oats
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat
Simmer for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Pour into a bowl
Top with coffee ice cream, fruit, and coconut!
