We got some feedback on the new e-commerce store, and it sounds like a lot of you want the ability to see inventory online, purchase it, and then simply pick it up in-store.

Good news… we’re working on it.

Coming soon, you’ll be able to shop online and pick up your order just like you do with our auctions.

We’re building this out to make buying easier, faster, and more convenient for everyone.

Shipping will continue to be available on select items, and we’ll keep expanding those options over time. 📦

🚨 Retail Only Section Update! 🚨

A lot of people have been asking how it works, so here’s the breakdown.

The Retail Only Section is designed specifically for our retail customers. That means tested scratch & dent appliances, matching laundry sets, ranges, refrigerators, and more set aside just for them.

Retail customers can shop BOTH the Retail Section and the Wholesale Section.

Wholesale customers will continue shopping primarily in the Wholesale Section. If they want something from the Retail Section, they can still purchase it—but it will be at retail pricing.

The goal is simple: give our retail customers a dedicated space with inventory they can count on without worrying about everything getting scooped up.

We’re excited about this one. Stay tuned… it’s coming together nicely.
