SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON THE ABLE BODIED MAN IN A BLUE FORD TRUCK WHO DECIDED TO STEAL FROM THE YOUTH OF COMFORT ON SATURDAY, FROM PASS IT ON CHARITY RESALE.
SHAME ON THE PERSON WHO STOLE 3 OUTDOOR CHAIRS AND AN OUTDOOR TABLE LAST SUNDAY. YOU STOLE FROM THE YOUTH OF COMFORT.
Due to continued thefts of merchandise from PIO, we must begin locking the donation building. Donations WILL BE ACCEPTED on days when volunteers work.
Donate: Tues/Wed/Thurs am, Fri/ Sat noon to 4 pm. You can also donate when you see volunteers working at the bldg. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DONATIONS OUTSIDE. THAT MAKES THEFT SIMPLER FOR THE BAD DUDES.
We appreciate past suggestions on the use of cameras and law enforcement. That will not help. The Sheriff's Dept said this:
1. You don't know what was stolen from the bldg.
2. You do not know the value of the items.
3. We cannot arrest or convict under these circumstances.
We truly appreciate your donations of nice, reusable clothing, small household items, jewelry and shoes. We sadly no longer have room for furniture. Your donations enable PIO to further its mission of further education for Comfort High School graduates.
If you know these Bad Dudes, turn them in. Theft is a crime. If they steal from area youth, they will steal from you too.
Sincerely,
PIO Volunteers
