Sweet Comfort Our mission is to bring sweet comfort to all those who we encounter! Doing so with a smile, a kind word, and delicious chocolate."

Sweet Comfort is a family owned confectionery shop located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country in the small town of Comfort. Grandma Nancy, or "the candy lady" as the locals have dubbed her, started the business in 2004. While Nancy is still involved, her daughter Marshelle, and granddaughters have taken over the reins to make Sweet Comfort a household name.

​Our goal is simple, and was best said by the candy lady herself, "Our mission is to bring sweet comfort to all those who we encounter.

Hi y'all! 👋

We wanted to take a minute and bring everyone up to date on some things we have had going on!

First things first. We have not closed shop... we've just had to take a break. Life happened (And boy did it ever! 🫠). We had to stepback, take care of things, and then, in some ways, start fresh!

We are currently in the process of deciding what the next chapter of Sweet Comfort looks like. We know one thing... we want to continue doing what we love... making candies, jams, and all the good things for our wonderful customers! 💕❤️
