We’re introducing some new events at Covet in the next few months, and one that we’re really excited about is our 𝑅𝑒𝓈𝓊𝓇𝓇𝑒𝒸𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 𝒞𝑜𝓃𝒸𝑒𝓇𝓉 𝒮𝑒𝓇𝒾𝑒𝓈, where we will be screening some of the best, most top tier performances of bands that are no longer (either due to disbanding or untimely deaths). Maybe you never got a chance to see a particular band due to one of those reasons or circumstances beyond your control, or maybe you weren’t even alive in human form before that iconic group broke up— either way, we want to give our friends and Covet family the opportunity to experience those bands now, here with us.

First up is a band near & dear to our Covet heart— the often imitated, but NEVER replicated— kings of Seattle hard rocking gloom, Alice In Chains ⛓️

We’ll be screening their *INCREDIBLE* 1996 MTV Unplugged performance on the big screen down in Satan’s Bu****le on lead singer Layne Staley’s birthday, August 22nd, in remembrance of one of the greatest voices of all time, and we’d love for you to join us. Come experience this performance as you never have before, on professional sound equipment, with a live audience, as was originally intended.

We’ll also be recreating the stage as the band had it set up 30 years ago with candles, lava lamps and colored lights to set the same mood, and we’ll even have some nice new chairs for everyone to sit in.
Light refreshments will be available but feel free to BYOB.

*THIS IS A FREE EVENT* for everyone— from the Alice In Chains die-hards to those completely unfamiliar with the band. There will be a QR code available to scan at the event to donate to help offset the cost of setup and the new chairs, but it is not necessary, your open heart and open mind is all you need here.

We have built Covet with this desire to share our passions/ interests and the things that truly move us and make us tick, and this particular band and this particular performance is high on that list.
We genuinely hope you can come and experience this flashback moment in time with us.

💥𝕁𝕌𝕃𝕐 𝔸ℙℙℝ𝔼ℂ𝕀𝔸𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ💥

𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘧 𝘑𝘶𝘭𝘺 “

July was an incredible month full of incredible moments and visitors— both familiar and unfamiliar to Covet. We brought in some new jewelry, prints from local artists, band merch, occult books and goth accessories into the shop, and people have been loving it all. Hell’s emissary 𐕣 ⛧ 𝐃𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐲𝐁𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 ⛧ 𐕣’s visit was a big success and we are already looking into his return in the near future for those who missed him earlier this month 🔥 Along with simultaneously planning some other exciting new events with beloved guests and friends, we’ve also started a channel this month called Covet Legion that is open to all who want to join, just follow the little tab on our Instagram bio that says “Covet Legion” and you’ll find us there.

Each and every day Covet is growing— growing our inventory, our space, our reach, but most importantly, in love and gratitude. With every month that passes, and every new face we see, every excited greeting received, every moment of celebration shared within our walls— our conjoined hearts swell and stretch like a squelching, flesh balloon ready to burst… We feel all of the love and beauty each and every one of you brings, and we have been sending it right back out to you triple fold.

Thank you all for your support over the past 13 months. We have come so far, and we’re only just getting started…

We are making the Covet cult 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥— and we hope you will join us… 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

✨What is the Covet Cvlt?
A group of individuals who are dedicated to the principles of Covet: seeking the unknown, the pursuit of knowledge, a deep fascination with the macabre and all things strange and unusual.

✨How much does it cost?
As is your will, it is free, and there are no fees associated with joining.

✨How do I join?
Anyone who bears the Covet mark (ie: has been tattooed at our events), signs their name in our infernal book or has attended three or more of our events is qualified to be a member.
Future opportunities to bear the mark, attend events and sign your name in our book will be made available at Covet.

✨What are the benefits to joining?
There are many! Cvlt members will have
- early access to tickets for all of our upcoming events
- first looks at new items entering the shop
- chances to give input on Covet designs and merch
- 6.66% off your purchases on your highest holiday (birthday)
- inclusion in Covet’s Close Friends list and channel where we will be broadcasting public meetups for cvlt members only, exclusive group readings with various forms of divination tools, personal pics & voice notes from Covet, and (most importantly) pictures of our cats, and whatever else our brain comes up with!
This is not everything, this is just everything so far!

Great turnout yesterday to welcome 𐕣 ⛧ 𝐃𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐲𝐁𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 ⛧ 𐕣 to Covet Oddities! We got a ton of pics and videos as well as two full pages of signatures in our infernal book 🔥Thank you 𐕣 ⛧ 𝐃𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐲𝐁𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 ⛧ 𐕣 and everyone who stopped in to hang out!
