Our June Mystery & Thriller and Fantasy Subscription Boxes have officially been delivered! 📦✨

Take a look at some of the goodies we included this month. These aren't just book boxes—we build each one around the story. From a fantasy dragon goblet to a collectible coin inspired by a killer's deadly game of chance, every item is chosen to bring the book to life.

The final June box still to go out is Romance! ❤️ That book releases on June 16th, so those subscribers won't have to wait much longer.

One thing that makes our subscription boxes different? We actually read the advance copies before we choose them. We're not sending random books—we're selecting stories we genuinely enjoyed and would recommend ourselves.

🐾 BUDDY UPDATE 🐾

There has been an unfortunate development on the local leaderboard.

A cat known as Muffin has mysteriously disappeared.

Gone.

Missing.

No longer among us.

Well... among the rankings, anyway.

As you can imagine, investigators immediately turned their attention to Buddy, who has somehow climbed to 4th place locally with 836 minutes.

When questioned by authorities, Buddy stated:

"I was at the bookstore greeting customers. Check the security cameras."

An alibi was established.

Police have since confirmed there is insufficient evidence to pursue charges.

However, investigators did note that Buddy seemed unusually interested in whether Jerry, Kitty, and Poppy had updated their emergency contacts.

Coincidence?

Probably.

Current standings:

🥇 Jerry — 976 minutes

🥈 Kitty — 879 minutes

🥉 Poppy — 867 minutes

🐾 Buddy — 836 minutes

Only 31 minutes separate Buddy from a podium spot.

The investigation remains ongoing.

For legal reasons, Buddy would like everyone to know he had absolutely nothing to do with Muffin's disappearance.

Absolutely nothing.

On a side note - we do hope Muffin is okay.

JUNE FANTASY SUBSCRIPTION BOX

Our June Fantasy Subscription Boxes have officially shipped, and I couldn't wait to share a peek at what was inside.

This month's featured book was Kissed by the Gods by Caty Rogan — a romantasy filled with gods, magic, destiny, and impossible choices.

As with all of our subscription boxes, we didn't stop with just the book.

🔪 JUNE MYSTERY & THRILLER SUBSCRIPTION BOX 🔪

Our June Mystery & Thriller Subscription Boxes have officially arrived, and I wanted to give everyone a peek at some of the items we included and why we're so excited about these subscriptions.

This month's featured book was The Anniversary by Alex Finlay.

One of the most unique items in the box was a collectible challenge coin inspired directly by the story.

In The Anniversary, a serial killer known as the May Day Killer strikes on May 1st every year. Before deciding a victim's fate, he makes them flip a coin.

Heads, they live.

Tails, they die.

The coin included in this month's box was inspired by that chilling detail from the novel and was our way of bringing a piece of the story into the reading experience.

The front side reads "One More Chapter" — because every thriller reader has ignored their bedtime at least once after promising themselves they'd stop reading.

The reverse side reads "Go To Bed" — the reminder we all ignore when the story is just too good to put down.

A pair of book-themed earrings

A hand towel that reads "Can You Smell the Chloroform Yet?" because every thriller reader appreciates a little dark humor.
