Looking Glass Farm Tack Shop is making room for new inventory with one of its biggest sales events of the season.

From May 18 through May 31, customers can shop the store’s highly anticipated Inventory Reset Sale, featuring 35% off approximately 90% of inventory throughout the store.

Known for offering a unique mix of Western, English, trail riding, and everyday horse care essentials, Looking Glass Farm Tack Shop serves riders of all disciplines with both new and resale tack and equipment.

“This sale is about clearing space, refreshing inventory, and giving horse owners a chance to stock up on quality items at really significant savings,” said Laurie French of Looking Glass Farm Tack Shop. “We have a huge variety of merchandise included, and once some of these items are gone, they’re gone.”

New project im working on..

Giving another saddle a face-lift! Its so fun learning about leather and how saddles and tack are made..to then learn how to give them a different look when needed.

Ive done half of this saddle and left the other half the way it was..so you can see the changes.

I will now finish it up and then put it all to the test this year.

I need to see how well it will hold up being used well for a show season before I ever attempt to offer it as a service... but I hope to be able to one day!

So my question the other day about the new look of western saddles... I personally LOVE the dark outlined tooling style!

So.... I decided to give a show saddle A GLOW UP!

AND I THINK IT LOOKS FANTASTIC!

I used actual leather paint and am using the correct process on how to do this right.. prep, paint, seal etc

And now once im finished I am going to put it to the test and see how it does with being used!!!

If it holds up great... I will be offering this service to anyone who wants a new saddle but cant afford one!

I also used a metallic silver professional paint as a glaze over top of the plated silver pieces that had lost its luster. And I am quite tickled with how much better the silver trim looks tooo!!!!!

WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK???? (Its not done yet fyi! Not even close.. )

Im banking the glossy leather sealer will make it look amazing!
