From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. They allow you to take samples home and don't charge you like everyone else. I decided on my tile it was ordered and arrived in two days. I actually had to return some grout and they refunded me no problem. They will always be my go to tile company. https://bit.ly/3i1XhG3

GREAT COMPANY! I just recently purchased tile from here. They allow you to take samples home to see if it matches. We bought 30 sheets of backsplash tile brought it home and went through it and some of the pieces had discoloration and some were broken. The broken ones on the ends we were able to use but not the discolored ones. We brought them back to see if we could exchange them. Without question they did. When the job was done, which was less than a week, we had 4 sheets leftover. We brought them back to see if they would take them back. And they did! They credited back to our credit card. What a great place to work with! They have a great selection and great pricing. Will definitely go back when we are ready to do the bathrooms. And they did give us the first responder discount. They did have recommendations for people to put in the tile but most of them didn't want to or know how to or whatever the reason was to do it but we did go with t Total Flooring Systems and the color we used for the grout was Dove Gray. I found PCC by accident and it was a GOD sent after looking at 12 tile stores I finely found what I was looking for and for a fabulous price, the service was exceptional just like the price, everyone there is very knowligble, helpfully and very respectful. I walked out feeling WOW I,m so happy I found PCC I had a spring in my step and a smile on my face. And they have what I need in stock plus the delivery fees are reasonable I don't feel that I was robed. Purchased some amazing floor tile for a lower level re-model from PCC Tile and we ended up meeting and hiring our tile setter at PCC Tile in Ft. Myers while he was tiling the store entrance. Marshal Jenkins has turned out to be the finest tile setter and overall re-model person we have ever met and worked with and we have re-modeled dozens of homes over the years. Marshal's attention to fine detail, professionalism, cleanliness, and ability to do just about everythinganything that came up on my "wish list" was such a relief for us as we were on a time constraint. After years of remodeling homes I've experienced all spectrums of service. PCC tile fort myers location is a hidden gem The selection, customer service, and prices are unbelievable. The sales staff is not on commission, they offer honest opinions and do not attempt to upsell. All the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, but I highly recommend working with Joel if you have the opportunity. We purchased enough floor tile to redo the entire house from PCC. And couldn't be more happy. The employees at PCC were very pleasant, accommodating and very easy to work with. The employees at PCC were incredibly helpful in helping me to select the tile. Veronica helped me coordinate with my current granite countertop. I never felt rushed and it wasn't any problem to take samples home. They strongly encouraged me to take tile home to make sure it would look good in my home. We purchased our house this past May, the house was built in August 2018. This past week I found the shelf in our shower pulling away from the wall. I then discovered the tile shelf was only being held on the caulk. The company who did the tile work initially tried using old nails and caulk to hold it in place, the failed to insert the shelf to support it. I contacted the build and advised him of the problem but he stated that it was past the one year and no longer covered under the warranty. I then went to PCC tile and spoke with employee there, she gave me the name of Kevin Williamson (239) 898-8262. I spoke with him concerning the problem, and forwarded him photos of the issue. He then gave me a price to fix the problem which I agreed to. He showed up when he stated he would be there and completed the job within a couple of hours. He also left the area clean as it was prior to starting the job. I visited several tile stores and PCC Tile was the only one that actually was interested in actually talking to me about what I wanted to do. I dealt with Joel Russo and he was more than accommodating in answering my questions on tile and then stepping back and letting me browse the Ft Myers store. There was never any pressure and he even allowed me to take samples home to view them in the house. He supplied me with names of several good tile installers. We interviewed and picked one of them (Johnson Tile) and Kevin did a fantastic job with the whole house tile installation. We even bought more tile than needed originally and since it was a stocking item we returned the extra pieces for a refund. For a major expenditure, this had to be one of my best experiences ever. I have over 40 years of business experience and its easy for a former business owner to spot a well run business. This is one of them. Pricing was fair, and delivery right on time. You want great tile and good service at a reasonable price go to PCC Tile. If you are looking for something less, don't waste their time. PCC Tile is by far the best place to buy flooring in Fort Myers or Cape Coral. Their prices, products and service are unequal in this area. We recently replaced almost 1500 s f of flooring with porcelain tile from the Cape Coral location. After shopping and comparing product and prices from numerous stores it was quite clear where we needed to buy our tile. I recently purchased wood grain porcelain tile from PCC Tile- it is absolutely gorgeous I shopped around and they had the best selection of top quality tile at the best price. Their customer service was outstanding.
