Running a small business isn’t always what it looks like online.

Behind every product is late nights, early mornings, and a whole lot of love… but also a lot of personal sacrifice. There have been so many times we’ve used our own money just to restock ingredients, test new ideas, and keep Woodland Roots going when business funds ran low.

And to be completely transparent — while we’ve poured our hearts (and savings) into this, we’ve mostly just been breaking even. Not really profiting. Just… trying to keep the dream alive.

Lately, with big life changes and a recent move, it’s been harder than ever to keep things going the way we want to. But we’re not ready to give up on something that means so much to us 💛

So we want to hear from you — our community.
